DINING IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA (USA) – AREPA MIA

HELLO BLOGGETTES!!

My adventurer ways (and mainly God’s Grace and Favour) have taken me on another traveling trip and this time I am in the USA!!! Yes, I am in AMERICA for 2 months on a Mandela Washington Fellowship (for more on the fellowship visit my website HERE ). I am based in Atlanta, Georgia for 6 weeks. For the duration of my fellowship I have been assigned a Mentor (Peer Collaborator)Dr Michael Shapiro – who is a Professor at Georgia State University (for more on my peer collaborator Dr Shapiro visit my website HERE ).

Dr Shapiro introduced me to some Atlanta dining on my second week in the USA and we had lunch at a Venezualan restaurant called AREPA MIA based in Auburn Market, Downtown Atlanta. I had my first AREPA (a PABELLON AREPA to be more specific) – a type of Venezualan bread which can be filled with any filling of your choosing. And it was GOOOOOOD!!!
